User Journeys, Interfaces, Wireframing & Prototyping
Enhancements to DealerDirect, a CRM and campaign management site for GM dealerships, included revamping everything from Template Configuration tools, to Customer lead management sections, to analytics & reporting areas of the site.
Since the tool is proprietary, the examples shown are purposefully vague.
My involvement:
- UI & UX lead for Dealer Direct
- Working with the respective Business Analyst responsible for each area of the site to understand the business requirement and translate that into a User Experience
- Wire framing and prototyping
- Designing the interface and user flow of various areas of the website, while defining the user journey across the site
