Working on DealerDirect, the CRM and campaign management site for GM dealerships, provided me a great opportunity to build on my years of Direct experience.

While taking advantage of the benefits of templates, I was able to effect change by leveraging existing global guidelines and developing grid systems that help with efficiency and deployment timelines.

My involvement:

• Developed design and grid systems for web portal, email and print applications.
• Working closely with the development and deployment teams, shortened creative lead-times and made deployments quicker.
