When Citi Cards noticed a slump in sign-ups for insurance offerings, we were tasked to reverse the trend.

The icons designed for each insurance product were promoted online, as well as through targeted statement stuffers.

Interest from customers increased and the family of icons subsequently got picked up by the U.S. as representative of the insurance offerings of Citi Cards.

My involvement: Concept & design of the icons that represented the insurance offerings available to card owners.
